Senior Cuisine Cooking Classes
Our Senior Cuisine Cooking Classes combine the joy of cooking with the benefits of social interaction, nutrition education, and skill development. These sessions are specially designed for older adults, with adapted techniques, equipment, and recipes that accommodate changing needs while creating delicious, health-conscious meals.

Each 2-hour class follows this format:

Meet the Instructor
