Dance Styles and Classes
We offer a variety of dance styles to keep the program engaging and accessible:
Ballroom Basics
Traditional dances like waltz, foxtrot, and swing adapted for seniors. Emphasis on proper form, gentle movement, and classic music.
Chair Dancing
All movements performed seated or with chair support, making dance accessible to those with mobility issues or balance concerns.
Line Dancing
Fun, choreographed routines without partners, great for memory and coordination. Popular with beginners!
